Helix/S600
The Helix opens up to six times faster than a regular sectional door and is still fully insulated. Instead of running under the ceiling, the door leaf coils up in a spiral against the inner wall – without the panels touching each other. The S600 offers the same speed on a standard track system, at a sharper price.

Fast, insulated and space-saving
With intensive loading and unloading, every second a door stands open counts. The Helix opens at up to 1.1 m/s and closes at 0.5 m/s, so much less heat escapes. The 40 mm door leaf with ISO slats achieves a U-value of 1.77 W/m²K; elongated ALU slats are available for visibility and daylight.
Because the door coils up in a spiral, no space is needed under the ceiling. Ideal when cranes, pipes or a low roof make a regular overhead door impossible. The Helix often even replaces the combination of an overhead door with a high-speed door behind it.
Little maintenance, quickly repaired
The system works without springs and has a directly driven aluminium torsion tube. That makes the door guaranteed low-maintenance up to 200,000 cycles. The frames are made in two parts, so damaged panels can be replaced quickly.
Do you have headroom? Then the S600 offers the same drive system on a standard track system, from as little as 600 mm headroom.
